By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). An order is confirmed once payment is verified. We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any payment made in full.
Payment
Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery fees and estimated times are on the Delivery information page and at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees, but we will keep you informed if an order is delayed. Please provide a correct address and a reachable phone number.
Returns and refunds
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are paid within 7 business days of an approved return. Full details are on the Returns & refunds page.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
